The word automation has become quite popular lately. Many companies try to propose their solutions to the market. At the first view those products have many benefits. They are frequently being sold in the attractive fine boxes. During the research of different personnel management software programs, I found that its utilizing has more drawbacks than benefits. There are some reasons why I do not use it.

Reason 1: It demands some money. Employee management software commonly comes at a coast. In addition to starting fee, you have to pay for maintenance, updates and support. Most of people simply do not pay attention to the coast of that type of software. Pay for the program just in case when you are sure that it will pay for itself, otherwise, look for the better solutions.
