People interact in three basic ways: conversing, transacting and collabororating.

If you are in the mood to make the optimal choice about your software application, you have to understand the differences that exist between those interactions.

An interaction of conversation is an exchange of ideas and an interaction of transaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is used for a modification of a collaboration entity, ex.: reaching a common goal.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the main purpose of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration entity from what used to be unfixed and immaterial, for example, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.

Collaboration Software is one of groupware programs that facilitate seamless teamwork between your workers, department personnel, everybody who works on the project, work groups, etc.

Its powerful functionality allows participants to browse action plans, share documents, track projects, manage schedules, optimize business processes, be promptly reminded of any new objectives and activities they are involved in. There are a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: scheduling events, papers and projects, facilitating business processes and harmonizing work of two or more departments or even firms.
